1. US POSTAL MONEY ORDER PURCHASED FROM YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. IF YOU SEND US ANY MONEY ORDER OTHER THAN A US POSTAL MONEY ORDER IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. NO EXCEPTIONS
2. ELECTRONIC BANK TRANSFER There is a $35.00 fee associated with the bank transfer. No exceptions.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE BANK TRANSFER ONLY. BANK FEES ARE ADDED TO THE INVOICE.
3. Zelle for business. There are limitations on accepting Zelle. If you intend on using Zelle, contact us first. We will let you know the limitations at that time, as they change periodically.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OF ANY KIND. INCLUDING CASHIERS CHECKS.
Any claims for damage must be filed with the shipping company. We are not responsible in any way for damage incurred in shipping or your shipments arrival date. All shipments have insurance on them by the shipping company. We are acting merely as your agent to get the shipments shipped, but all responsibility for the shipment is between you and the shipping company. We suggest you inspect the shipment upon arrival and report your claims to the company that transported it. After the truck leaves, it is too late for you to file a claim. All shipping charges are non-refundable. You may certainly arrange your own shipping. You will be charged for whatever material is needed to ship your order, such as plywood to build the crate.
ALL INVOICES AUTOMATICALLY EXPIRE AFTER 7 DAYS IF NOT PAID. We put your parts on hold for 7 days so that they are here when your payment arrives. If your payment does not arrive within the 7 days, the parts will be offered for sale on our site. If your payment arrives and the parts are still in stock, they will be shipped to you. If they are not in stock, your payment will be returned minus any fees incurred.
WE WILL NEED YOUR COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS IN ORDER TO GET YOU A SHIPPING QUOTE. AND ALSO LET US KNOW WHICH OF THESE FORMS OF PAYMENT YOU WANT TO USE. WE WILL THEN SEND AN INVOICE TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED WE WILL SHIP.
